The V12VNA2 Series will expand your existing VNA capabilities so you can conduct millimeter wave S-parameter measurements from 60 to 90 GHz. Modules are available in a variety of S-parameter configurations: T/R, T and/or S. They also offer various options including variable attenuation, low power, intermodulation distortion measurements (IMD) and extended frequency bands. Waveguide calibration kits are available as separate accessories.
